Hello, i'm experiencing the same issue. It won't turn on, even though it's fully charged. It wont unlock by pressing the plus and minus buttons at the same time (tried, 3 seconds, 5 seconds, 10 seconds), but nothing happens. Please advise

When I first turn on my Foreo Iris massager is starts super slow and then speeds up to normal speed. Tried charging and changing intensity but does not help. Is that normal as I don't remember it doing that before.

Dear Anna, The IRIS features 2 modes Spa Mode and Pure Mode so this might be the case. However, if you are little unsure if there is an issue with the IRIS then we would recommend contacting Customer Care and they would be able to take a closer look for you.

Dear Sandra, don't worry! I would kindly ask you to follow these instructions:
1. Press the center button once to turn on your IRIS™. When activated, it will be in Spa Mode.
2. Press the center button again to put the device in Pure Mode.
3. Press the center button once more to deactivate your IRIS™.
I hope this answers your question. You basically have to press the center button once in order to pick the SPA mode (which is automatically set once you turn on your IRIS™). Kindest regards :D

I've just bought this product and it won't switch on. A reviewer notes that you have to download the app before it will work?? I haven't seen an app mentioned anywhere else! Is this true? If it is true why is not in the instructions! If I'd known I wouldn't have bought it!
