The best ingredients for the skin

Natural ingredients like honey, lemon, yogurt, olive oil, and green tea contain antioxidants and other nutrients that are beneficial for the skin. These ingredients can be used to make homemade face masks, cleansers, and moisturizers that help improve the health of the skin.

Honey

Honey, and especially manuka honey, is rich in antioxidants that fight against free radicals. It rejuvenates and firms your skin, and also improves skin hydration.

Olive oil

Olive oil is rich in fatty acids and vitamin E. It is recommended for normal and dry skin as it intensely nourishes the skin. On the other hand, if you have oily skin, you should probably avoid olive oil.
