Fun fact from an autistic who’s been researching: you don’t need to use a toothbrush! You just need to apply friction in small circular motions at the base of each tooth (close to your gums). I’ve used wash cloths, cotton bandannas, and clean shirts. Even if you’re not able to do that every day, a bit of brushing here and there is better than none. If the foaming of typical toothpaste is hard for you, there’s a type of toothpaste that doesn’t foam. It doesn’t have the foaming ingredient most toothpaste does. You said you’ve tried silicone bristles, what about extremely soft ones? Post surgical brushes are super duper soft. Hope this helps :)
