It made sense when you said that making our water intake into a routine is generally a good idea if we want to increase it. I want to start taking better care of myself so I can be more happy and energetic, and I think drinking more water would be a good place to start. Maybe I'll look for a filtration system I can install in my house so I can always have instant access to clean water to drink and won't have any problems creating a routine!
