Dear Helen, The Make My Day masks have active ingredients and a preset routine to help brighten up and prepare your skin ready for the day ahead. However, that being said there is no set in stone rules to this and completely customizable. Therefore if you wish to use the Make My Day masks during your nighttime routine then this is completely fine to do so. Also, remember you can use your masks and make your own routine in Smart Settings on the App. Hope this helps :)
