I've tried everything and am following the instructions when attempting to analyze my skin, but it's not working! I put the sensors on the various parts of my faceike the app says, but it's like it isn't recognizing that the sensors are on my face. It reads my cheeks, then gets hung up on my forehead and won't analyze it. Help!!
