Hi Tahnee, it only takes a few seconds for LUNA fofo to analyze one zone. Watch the screen, the app will prompt you to 'Remove LUNA fofo from skin.' before going on to the next zone. If that still doesn't work, check to make sure you have the latest version of the app downloaded. We are still working out a few kinks in the beta version released to FFF members ahead of the June 4th launch, so hang in there!
