I was able to successfully analyze my skin, however when I click start to cleans, the device does not start. I can not manually start the device either. I can only turn the device on to clean when it is not connected to the app.

On another note - completely agree with having better “Get started” instructions. It was also very confusing given that the small Instruction sheet included referenced a charger and there was no reference to the magnet with the verification code.
