Hi, Patricia! In order to solve this issue, I deleted your existing registration, so you can now use the code from the scratch card on foreo.com/support.
The reason this issue occurred is because the code from the scratch card is connected with the registration, so if you register the device first using the serial number from the bottom of your device, the scratch card code will show your device as already registered (which, in fact, it is). However, as I sad, I deleted your registration, so you can now try again using the scratch card code :)
