Hi Kate! There are actually two ways to register the product :) One is by using the serial number from the bottom of the device and other is with the scratch card code from the pink magnet. With this code from pink magnet you receive a special discount after registering the device. Just go to: https://www.foreo.com/support, enter your code and email address which you used to create your Foreo account. The device will be automatically registered in your Foreo account and you will receive the discount code for your next purchase.

About the Fofo device - yes, it is recommended to run the analyse on freshly washed skin, after removing the makeup :)
