Dear Sirs,
I am terribly sorry but the truth is exactly the opposite.
I spent 1,500 euros in FOREO products and this is what happened:
The one I already received is not working properly after using it only twice (a UFO MINI), the rest have not yet arrived even though I bought them 12 days ago, so I do not know if they will work or not.
What I do know is:
Your APP is not working properly (it does not pair up with the devices)
Your chat service has permanently the “no agents available” message around the clock
Your European telephone number has an answering machine with the “we are unable to take your call” around the clock and last but not least nobody answers any emails, that is why I am writing to you.
I will really appreciate if someone had the decency of getting in touch
Pd: of course I tried to check if there have been an update of your APP, and yes there was in a few days ago which might be causing the problems bur I also found comments from other very upset clients ...
