Hi
my devise just arrived today and it is charging since two hours, and it’s not working at the moment.
It is plugged, the light stopped pulsing and stay on. When I unplugged it and press the bottom it doesn’t start and the light restart pulsing.
What I have to do? The light is pulsing and it doesn’t start at all
It has a deficiency?
Should I send it back to you?
Can I speak with an operator?
