it's good sound advice I have always had clear skin. and your thoughts will help my longetivity of the skin. a lot of people always think I am in my 20s because of my looks and yet I am closer to 60 it's getting to a stage the sun is getting much hotter and I reg use spf daily I don't want worn out and faded skin your advice is better than most sites thank you
