HI Alicey, our Product development team did research and please note that it is normal for Luna 3 in the offline mode, after you turn it on, to work for 5-10 seconds and then to turns itself off. I would kindly ask you to turn it on again and you will have your full-time cleaning mode.

Please note that we are currently working on adding this information to our Luna 3 user manual on our website.
