Can you add an option to upload files as our base proof? I made the purchase online,i don't have a physical ticket.
Also please update the videos on how to use it, the app version has changed and I can see buttons for Device info, Device care etc but not a simple Start cleaning!
Also the how to use doesn't explain that you need to press the button twice or the things I have seen explained on this comment section.
