Dear Amparo, Thank you for your post! If you do not have a physical receipt for your device when registering you can take a snapshot of the order number from your FOREO account where the order was made or alternatively you can take a picture of your device instead of in this case. We currently have been updating the App to include this information which would be beneficial for the customer but if you need any further assistance then please feel free to get in touch with Customer Care Team on FOREO.COM who would be happy to assist and guide you with these changes.
