Hi Quang, I'm sorry to hear that. Please contact the Amazon Customer Service and see if they can replace the device for you or offer a refund. You can also try contacting our Customer Service, but we cannot do much if both your order and your payment were processed by Amazon itself, and that your FOREO device came from Amazon's own stock of FOREO devices. Hopefully it gets resolved quickly. Kindest regards!
