Hi, when I double click the button to start cleansing, my Luna 3 runs for 10 seconds and then stops. I need to double click to start again and it runs for a full minute. I’ve been reading the explanation and it seems that this is a common issue. However, this issue has never happened to me since I bought it in May 2020 until I tried to use the treatment mode few days ago. I couldn't change it back to a full minute as I used before without stoping after first 10 seconds. Also, I got another Luna 3 and it has same issue as well. Could you please help me out with this?
