Hello Ivana, yes, you can use your Luna 3 without the APP. :)

Simply press the on/off button in quick succession and your Luna 3 will begin vibrating on its own. The Luna 3 will then vibrate for the one full minute that we recommend for cleansing, providing you with your full cleansing routine. Unfortunately, you are unable to use the massage treatments without the APP.
