So many downgrades from the Luna 2. ): Can’t change intensity manually without the app (who brings their phone into the shower??), vibrations shut off immediately after face cleanse (therefore can’t clean neck or decolletage), and can’t do the massage treatments manually without the app. It is also annoying to have to double click to turn on, and hold for 5 seconds to turn off the vibrations— would’ve been much more intuitive if we could just press the button once to turn on, once to turn off. I feel like most of these issues (except for the manual intensity buttons) could be easily corrected with a software update thru the app, but the Foreo team hasn’t made any changes despite the abysmal app reviews. It’s a shame because otherwise it would’ve been an amazing device.
