Our advice is to definitely make sure that your face is completely dry when using LUNA™ 3 Plus (only Serum applied). It is also important that your LUNA™ 3 Plus is also dry, not wet or damp. You can also try putting some more SERUM SERUM SERUM in case your skin needs more of the conductive barrier.
