Every time I use my bear with your serum I get huge painful pus filled pimples that start as cystic then come to a head. I’ve made numerous attempts at using the serum but everytime my skin breaks out awfully. I’ve even tried using a tiny amount then adding water to glide my device over my face but my skin still breaks out. What else can I use? I don’t want to give up my bear!
