There was an adverse event incident to the FDA 05/02/2024 [https://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/cdrh/cfdocs/cfmaude/detail.cfm?m…]. Has this been cleared as a defective unit - and not all of the devices are dangerous? I saw the report and am holding off my purchase of the Foreo Bear 2 until I can get some re-assurance that this is a one off and not a recurring issue. I look forward to your response.
