Cuticle remover on a cotton ball works fantastic for getting hair dye off your skin. Ears, neck, and hairline. Im always careful not to get it in my hair as I'm unsure if it would strip the hair of its color as well. I have never had a reaction to using cuticle remover on my skin but that doesn't mean someone else's skin won't react to it differently.
