Dear Sara, Thank you for your post and of course I understand that you are looking for the best device to suit your skin's needs. In this case, we would recommend the LUNA Sensitive Range that being either LUNA 3, LUNA 2 or the LUNA GO. However, depending on the severity of the Eczema it would be best to speak to your dermatologist about the suitability of the devices with your skin.
