I have Sjrogren’s Syndrome, and one of the most persistent symptoms is dry mouth. This causes tooth decay and gum recession. I have had a lot of oral care, including gum grafts, but still have a lot of pain. I brush, floss, rinse, brush, floss, rinse.. PAIN always, and at the very least, irritation. ALWAYS. Difficult to buy Orajel with quarantine, it’s expensive and doesn’t work except to a fair degree. cannot use salt water because it dried out the gums, which caused the problem in the first place! Of your recommendations, which do you suggest for me with my illness? Dr. wants me to seek meds from an pro-facial pain doctor and has otherwise dismissed me. I am following all the recommendations but still need to numb pain until I can afford another doctor who can find the pathology. Thank you.
