Do You Even (Face) Lift, Bro? Exercises for Your Cheeks and Jaw

But we typically neglect to work out the very muscles people see the most - our faces. These simple facial exercises can help you strengthen facial muscles, get a slim face, and even combat signs of aging.

The Brow-Raiser

If you want: Lifted brows

Perform this facial exercise regularly to keep your brows up where they belong:

  1. Put your index and middle fingers together in a closed peace sign
  2. Rest your fingernails over your brows and gently push the skin down
  3. Lift your brows up and down, while creating resistance with the weight of your fingernails
  4. Repeat 10 times
  5. Complete 6 sets

The Cheekbone Lift

If you want: Defined cheekbones

  1. Tilt your head back until you’re looking at the ceiling
  2. Move your lower lip over your upper lip as far as you can; you should feel this in the jaw muscles near your ears
  3. Hold for 10 seconds
  4. Complete 10-15 sets

Hi,
I am 42, before I used to look younger than my age but now I’m getting scared that I looking very older than my age. Will that help my face at my age?
Also how can I keep my arms looking younger and my shoulderS?
Can any excercise help me look younger at this age?

Hi there! Please note that, in order to look younger, you need to do more than just exercise. Firstly, sunscreen (SPF50 or higher) is recommended. You also have to moisturize often in order to avoid the skin looking aged. Of course, healthy diet will help, and drinking plenty of water. Please do try facial exercises and do not disregard your skincare, as it is really important! Take care :)

I'm 17 & i have a very wide cheekbones. Is this exercise help me to less vissible my cheekbones?

Thank u so much mam ,
These excercises worked very well for me . I am a lean guy so my face was very slim . Have been doing these excercises consistently for more than 6 months and it helped fill my face up pretty well .
