Why should I register my device?
Registering your FOREO device comes with many benefits. It will confirm you own an original and brand new FOREO product. If anything happens to the device in the following 2 years*, you can claim your warranty with our Customer Care Team. On top of that, you’ll get access to exclusive deals and will be the first to know about special offers and promotions. Follow the steps below or check out this video.
*Warranty length may differ by country. We guarantee at least a two-year warranty worldwide, with full support of our Customer Care team.
How to register
a Bluetooth device
STEP 2
Add device
Add device (on the top of your screen), then choose device series.
STEP 3
Connect device
Find the button for Bluetooth devices then press and hold the power button. Follow the instructions and click on the "register" button to complete the registration process.
STEP 4
Finish registration
Fill in the purchase info to finish the registration.
How to register
a Non-Bluetooth device
STEP 2
Add device
Add device (on the top of your screen), then choose device series.
STEP 3
Connect device
Scan the barcode using your phone or enter the serial number on the bottom of the device/on product packaging. Click on the "register" button to complete the registration process.
STEP 4
Finish registration
Fill in the purchase info to finish the registration.
Warranty claim
Your device must be registered to make a warranty claim. Follow the steps below to make a warranty claim.
Note that you’ll have to provide a picture of your device showing the serial number, as well as a picture of proof of purchase. At the moment, you cannot claim the device through the Foreo For You app, but soon you'll be able to.
How to make
a claim
STEP 1
Register your device
Follow the product registration steps to register your Bluetooth or Non-Bluetooth device (see below).
STEP 2
Access your profile
Go to foreo.com and login in to your user account. If you’ve registered your device through the FOREO For You app, use the same account credentials.
STEP 3
Warranty claim
After you log in, you’ll see Warranty Claim on the left side of your screen. Click it.
STEP 4
Make a claim
Scroll down and click Make a Claim next to the device you want to claim. Fill in the form and submit it.
Bluetooth devices

Please note that warranty cannot be claimed for products that are NOT ELIGIBLE for warranty (LUNATM fofo/LUNATM play smart/LUNATM play smart 2, LUNATM play, LUNATM play plus, ISSATM play). This includes accessories such as brush heads, chargers, UFOTM Attachment Rings, etc.
After you complete your warranty claim, you’ll receive an email with your claim number. Our Customer Care Team will then contact you within two (2) business days with further instructions. You can also check your warranty claim status in your FOREO account.
